Board Game Night on
February 10th!
The library is hosting an
adult Board Game Night from 7PM to 9PM on the 10th.
Come play Scrabble or any other type of twosome board game.
Everyone is welcome to attend - spouses, neighbors and
friends!
Kid's Invention Convention
begins March 2nd!
The library will be offering
an invention convention workshop in March. Kids will
have an opportunity to learn about inventors and their
inventions, take things apart and see how they work, and
actually have an opportunity to invent something themselves.
The age range is for kindergarten through 4th grade and the
group will meet on Tuesdays in March from 4-5 PM. You
must pre-register by February 24th! Please see the

Connecticut Nutmeg Book
Award Nominees for 2010!
The library now has all titles
listed on the 2010 Connecticut Nutmeg Book Award nominees
list available for loan. Please read about it

Library Expansion
Wraps Up!
The re-construction of the
John F. Williams Law Office and construction of the
connector is now complete. Donated shelving is being
installed throughout the library. A
handicap access ramp will be built and a new book
drop-off box will be installed this Spring as we
finalize the library expansion project. Please

Operation Paperback!
We are collecting slightly
used paperbacks
to ship to our troops serving overseas. The response
so far this year has been great and we urge everyone to keep
donating their paperbacks for this great cause! Please
